Apart from cables, what else can electrical products be connected to?

Apart from cables, the common connection components of electrical products can be classified into four categories: terminal blocks, plug-in connectors, adapter converters, and wireless connection solutions, which can meet the electrical connection requirements of different power levels and scenarios.

1. Terminal Block Class: This is the most basic electrical connection component, used to achieve reliable connections between wires and equipment terminals, or between wires and wires:

• Cold Press Terminal: Fixed by a press tool, common specifications include UT fork-shaped, OT round-shaped, and tube-shaped, suitable for various wiring scenarios, often used in distribution boxes and motor wiring;

• Spring Terminal Cap: No special tools required, simply screw to fix two wires, suitable for household circuits and small equipment wiring;

• Terminal Rack: A modular component for centralized installation of multiple terminal blocks, can uniformly transfer multiple electrical circuits, often used in industrial control cabinets and household distribution boxes;

• Plug-in Terminal: Supports quick insertion and removal, suitable for modular equipment that requires frequent maintenance.

2. Plug-in Connector Class: Comes with male and female connectors, can achieve quick plug-in and unplugging connections, divided into multiple sub-types according to scenarios:

• Power Plug-in: Such as T-shaped plugs, DC plugs, aviation plugs, specifically used for power transmission, among which aviation plugs also have high protection levels, suitable for outdoor and industrial scenarios;

• Signal Plug-in: Such as USB, HDMI, RJ45 network connectors, can simultaneously transmit power and data, mostly used in digital and office equipment;

• Radio Frequency Connectors: Such as SMA, BNC connectors, used for radio frequency signal transmission, common in communication and industrial control equipment;

• Industrial Connectors: With anti-vibration, dust-proof, and waterproof characteristics, used for equipment connections in industrial automation production lines.

3. Adapter Conversion Components: Used for converting different interfaces and different specifications of lines:

• Conversion Connectors: Such as standardization to American standard power conversion connectors, DC to USB conversion heads, can adapt to different interface power supply requirements;

• Terminal Box: Used to protect exposed wiring parts, while achieving line conversion and branching;

• Protocol Converters: Such as CAN to USB, Modbus to Ethernet adapters, can achieve device interconnection with different communication protocols.

4. Wireless Electrical Connection Solutions: Achieve electrical connection without physical cables, suitable for mobile and low-power scenarios:

• Wireless Power Supply Module: Such as the core component of wireless chargers, realizes power transmission through electromagnetic induction;

• Low-Power Wireless Connection Module: Such as Bluetooth BLE, Zigbee modules, can achieve power and data wireless transmission for small devices;

• Industrial Wireless Sensor Connection: Through radio frequency wireless technology, realizes connection between industrial sensors and main control equipment.

Before any electrical connection operation, it is essential to disconnect the main power supply to avoid the risk of electric shock; different scenarios require the selection of connection components with matching protection levels and power specifications to prevent overheating and short circuits.
