Six hidden dangers of counterfeit lamps and lanterns

First, the mechanical strength is unqualified. This test is for whether the lamp head part will be loose or fall off, and whether it will cause accidental electric shock accident when the consumer installs or replaces.

The second is that the lamp power is not qualified. Some companies increase the nominal power value (ie, rated power value) of low-power energy-saving lamps, thereby increasing the selling price.

Third, the initial light efficiency failed. The failure of this indicator will reduce the light efficiency of the energy-saving lamp, shorten its service life, and fail to achieve energy-saving and cost-saving effects.

Fourth, the color characteristics are not qualified. The color characteristics of energy-saving lamps refer to the reduction characteristics of the light to the object, which has good color rendering ability, can make the color of the object closer to the sunlight under the light, and can best reflect the original characteristics of the object. The higher the color rendering degree, the higher the energy is. Present things as they are. This indicator is not qualified energy-saving lamps, easy to cause eye fatigue and other injuries to consumers.

Fifth, the power factor is not qualified. In order to achieve the purpose of promoting products, some enterprises have markedly increased the nominal value of power factor. The actual test cannot be achieved.

Sixth, harmonics failed. Because the harmonic content of the supply current at the input end of the electronic ballast is too high, it easily pollutes the power supply, increases the loss of the power grid, and causes interference to other electrical equipment. Therefore, the harmonic content of the current must be strictly limited in order to reduce the harm caused by harmonic pollution power.

Buy energy-saving lamps have "four strokes"

Provincial Trade and Industry Bureau prompts consumers to refer to the following when purchasing self-ballasted fluorescent products:

1, buy a product with a certification mark. At present, China's lighting products have two energy-saving certification marks: "CQC energy-saving" and "section" signs, both signs that the product meets the requirements of the national standards for energy-saving evaluation.

2, see product packaging. The national compulsory requirements for self-ballasted fluorescent lamps are marked on the packaging as follows: origin, rated voltage and voltage range, rated power, and rated frequency. The lamp current, as well as additional instructions concerning safe use, are marked on the lamp, on the packaging or in the instructions for use.

3, look at the appearance of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps. Phosphors should be crystal clear and white and should not be yellow or gray. After power-on, the lamp should have no dark spots, and the light body should not flicker.

4, according to the characteristics of the self-ballasted fluorescent lamp models. When the lighting effect is the same, the power consumed by the energy-saving lamp is one-sixth that of the incandescent light. Therefore, if you want to get the same lighting effect as a 60W incandescent lamp, choose a 10W energy-saving lamp.
