Needed assembly process of led lights:

1. Visual inspection

Visual inspection lamp cup, lampshade, lampshade appearance scratches, burrs, cracks, deformation and other LED lamp bad scene. Take a set of samples for test assembly to recognize the size and orientation of the screw holes for each fitting. Visually inspect circuit boards for circuit and component polarity is not clearly understood; whether there is a rise in copper foil; with a multimeter test circuit (aluminum substrate) is not open, short circuit scene. Check the LED light color and brightness, color temperature is the bayonet lamp head is not common with the need, whether the LED lamp surface scratches, welding pin is not bright. Adding power to the load acknowledges that the power-scaling parameter is not in common with practice. Three aluminum base screws, brown / white two about 6cm long power cord is not appropriate.

2. Aluminum foil coated with thermal grease

Take the thermal grease evenly coated on the circle marked by the LED lamp on the aluminum substrate.

3. Welding LED

The 3PCS LED lamp is welded in the direction indicated by the positive and negative electrodes on the aluminum substrate. Tin is applied on one polarity of the aluminum substrate, and the LED polar end is soldered to the previously well soldered end, and the other end of the LED is soldered to the other pin of the aluminum substrate LED package.

Note: It is required that the solder joints are full, there are no signs of false soldering, false soldering, and short circuit, and the LED is soldered in the correct orientation. When welding, it is necessary to wear an antistatic ring.

4. Welding power input, output lead

The lead wire of the lamp cap and the input end of the power source are soldered well, and two power lead wires of brown/white are welded at the power output end.

5. Power sleeve shrink tube and heat shortened

Use a 20mm heat-shrink tubing to cover the power supply and heat it with a hot air gun to tighten it. The length of the heat-shrinkable tube must exceed the length of the power supply by about 1cm to 2cm.

6. Fixed lamp

Put a small amount of 189 glue on the thread of the lamp cup, and tighten the lamp head along the thread of the lamp cup that has been used to glue 189 glue.

7. Heat the grease on the lamp cup Apply thermal grease to the lamp cup.

8. Fixed light board, welding power output lead

Attach the circuit board to the bottom of the lamp cup, fix the aluminum substrate with 3 screws, and pass the power output lead through the hole of the circuit board.

9. Welding soap source output line

The positive and negative polarities are used to solder the power supply output leads to the solder joints on the circuit board.

10. Devices and Fixed Lampshades

A small number of 189 glues are applied to the lamp cup threads, and the lamp shade is tightened along the threads of the lamp cup that has been used to seal the 189 glue.

11. Power check

External AC220V lighting product lights. After lighting, the brightness and color uniformity are qualified, otherwise the LED lamp, power supply lead and power supply should be checked and repaired.

12. Lamp head

Use the lamp holder to hit the E27 lamp holder and fix the E27 lamp holder.

13. Full inspection

Check whether the contact between the lamp cap and the lampshade is strong, whether the appearance is damaged or not, and ensure the appearance of the product is clean and free of foreign materials.
